• 2 lbs. Halibut fillets
  • 1 c. Pancake mix (like Krusteaz)
  • 3/4 c. Beer
Cut Halibut into 1-1/2 inch pieces.  Combine pancake mix with beer, stirring to blend.  Dip Halibut into beer batter and deep-fry in hot oil (375°F) until golden brown, 4-5 min.  Drain and keep hot in oven while frying remaining fish.  
Makes 4-6 servings.
