• 2 lbs. Salmon steaks
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 3 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 2 tsp. Garlic powder
  • 3 or 4 Green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. Oregano
  • 2/3 c. Water
  • 1/2 c. Bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp. Cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Chopped parsley
Wash and dry fish steaks; rub with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.  Place in shallow baking dish and sprinkle with garlic, green onions, oregano.  Add water. Mix crumbs and cheese together.  Sprinkle over fish.  Bake uncovered in 400°F oven for about 30 minutes or until fish flakes.  Serve with parsley.
