Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs halibut fillets
  • olive oil and lemon pepper
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 1/2 cup pimento
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Grey Poupon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp poultry seasoning
  • thyme to taste
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 8 oz can of water chestnuts

Brush fish with olive oils and lemon pepper to taste.  Bake at 350 degrees until fish is done and firm.  Cool and crumble fish in a bowl. Add the other ingredients and refridgerate overnight for best flavor. Serve cold over lettuce or warm over noodles.
