• 2 lbs. Salmon steaks
  • 1/2 tspn. Salt
  • 1/4 tspn. Pepper
  • 1 – 4oz. Can of mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 c. Green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. Butter, melted
  • 1/4 c. Ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp.  Liquid smoke
Place Salmon in a greased baking dish.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Combine remaining ingredients and spread over top of fish.  Bake in a 350°F oven for 25-30 minutes or until done.
Makes 6 servings.
