• 1 – 9″ Pastry shell
  • 1 – 1/2 lb can Salmon
  • 1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 c. Green onions, chopped
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 c. Milk
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Lemon pepper

Distribute Salmon over bottom of pastry shell.  Sprinkle evenly with Swiss cheese, then Parmesan cheese and green onions.  Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.  Pour over Salmon and cheese.  Let stand, after baking, about 10 minutes.  Bake at 350°F for about 45 minutes.
