• 4 Medium Salmon steaks
  • 1 tbsp. Butter
  • 1 tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. Thyme
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Place steaks in a shallow baking dish.  Salt and Pepper to taste.  Combine other ingredients in a small saucepan and heat together until butter is melted.  Pour over Salmon.  Bake in a moderate, 350°F, oven for 25 minutes or until Salmon flakes when tested with a fork.  This is especially good with King Salmon.  Serve on a platter with sprigs of parsley with lemon wedges.
