• 1 lb. Halibut, cut into pieces about 1″ thick
  • Bread crumbs or Ritz cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. Melted BUTTER (can be up to half margarine)
  • Parsley, fresh or dried
Dip Halibut pieces in melted butter.  Roll in bread crumbs. Place in greased baking dish.  Bake at 450°F for 15-20 minutes, until fish flakes when pierced with fork.
Add parsley to remaining butter. Serve with Halibut (to be drizzled over cooked Halibut to each person’s taste).
