- 1 lb Halibut Fillets
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Salt & Pepper
- 1/2 roll Ritz crackers, crushed to fine crumbs
- 1/4 stick Butter (can be 1/2 margarine) melted
Place Halibut pieces in greased baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Mix cracker crumbs with melted butter. Spread over Halibut. Bake at 375°F until done — when fish flakes (about 20 minutes for 1″ thick piece of fish).
