- 1/2 lb bacon, cut into small pieces
- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cups chopped fish or other favorite seafood
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 12 oz can of evaporated milk
- 4 cups whole milk
Saute bacon, potatoes, and onion until bacon is tender. Add seafood, pepper, evaporated and whole milk. Bring to just below boiling. Cook until fish is cooked. Serve with your favorite bread.
