1. Use your favorite dough or crust.
  2. Spread pesto on crust.
  3. Saute your favorite veggies and sprinkle on the crust.
  4. Add cubes of raw, fresh fish.  Halibut, rockfish, and salmon are all delicious.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
  6. Note: this recipe does not call for cheese.  You don’t need it!  This is an amazing meal.
