- Use your favorite dough or crust.
- Spread pesto on crust.
- Saute your favorite veggies and sprinkle on the crust.
- Add cubes of raw, fresh fish. Halibut, rockfish, and salmon are all delicious.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Note: this recipe does not call for cheese. You don’t need it! This is an amazing meal.
