• 1 can (1 lb) Salmon
  • 1/2 c. Mayonnaise or Miracle whip
  • 1/2 c. Italian salad dressing
  • 1/4 c. Russian or Catalina salad dressing
  • 1 tsp. Mustard
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • Shredded or torn lettuce

Drain and flake Salmon (remove skin and bones, if desired).  Place in large bowl.  Mix Salmon with mayonnaise, salad dressings, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.  Mixture will be soupy.  Add lettuce, enough for 2 to 4 people.  Stir all together.

This salad is very moist.  If too dry, add more of the dressings, in the same proportions.

Serve on a lettuce-lined luncheon plate with hot bread or crackers.
